Our Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns incur a 50% restocking fee, and customers cover return shipping.

Returns require the item in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiate returns by contacting morgan@pricklypeargolf.com. Return items to: 30 Green Street, Charlestown, MA, 02129. Items returned without a prior return request won't be accepted.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us immediately.

Some items can't be returned, like perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

For exchanges, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Approved refunds, less the 50% restocking fee, will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us at morgan@pricklypeargolf.com if 15 business days pass without the posted refund.
